John and his crew did an amazing job on the beams in our home. We couldn't be more happy. John was really good to work with and very professional. The craftsmanship was beyond our expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone.

John is a true master of his craft. We knew what we wanted but had a hard time expressing our thoughts. It was no problem though, because John knew exactly what we were wanting and made all our dreams come true. During the construction John was always available and checking in with us to answer any questions we might have. Now we have a beautiful living room that we love and enjoy very much.

The pergola John built for our home is exactly what we were looking for and more. The hand-stressed and burned beams are beautiful and very unique. John and his team were very easy to work with, doing their best to build exactly what we wanted and more. Everybody was courteous, careful, hard working and timely. We couldn't be happier.

Hi, I'm John Losoya.
I've been building homes for over 40 years, and I understand that your home is an intensely personal place. The look and feel you're going for is unique to you.
I've built over 100 high-end, custom homes and built custom beams and mantles for dozens of customers. We're obsessed with turning your vision for your home into hand-crafted reality.
Every piece we build is hand-crafted. We start with kiln-dried wood to prevent warping and shrinking. Then we assemble each beam or mantle with a locking miter joint. By the time the glue has set, the joints are just as strong as if the beam was made from one solid timber.
Then comes the finish work. We use a variety of methods to get exactly the look you're going for. We'll use a draw knife, and adze, a wire wheel, even a chain, to get the distressed feel you're after. Then we stain and wax to finish. By the time your beams are installed into you home, you have one-of-a-kind works of art.
